This resort has a fantastic location, but unfortunately, it needs a lot of improvement to truly shine. While the rooms are relatively clean, they are dated and need repairs. The staff, mostly teens, were eager to help but often needed to check with each other before making decisions, which slowed things down. The dining situation was confusing since we were told breakfast was included, but we had to pay for it at check-in. Overall, I wish it had been a better experience.
